Since we first welcomed other writers on board, we’ve been lucky to have a variety of interesting people write for us. Some stayed for quite a while, developed a loyal following of readers and we couldn’t wait for their next article; while others only stayed a short time. Regardless, it’s always been interesting to meet – whether in person or online – others interested in writing about Korean culture and pop culture. And we hope that you’ve also enjoyed reading their articles!
We also have some writers who write for us infrequently – more than a guest writer (those are generally one-offs) but they never became regular featured writers. You can also find them here.
While the majority of our writers have come from Toronto – and some have even been friends of Cindy (our editor) – we’ve been lucky to have writers from as far away as London, England and Seoul, Korea; as well as various locations in the US. And it’s always been fun seeing all the different perspectives.
Remember, we’re always looking for new writers! And no, English does not have to be your first language, nor do you have to be in Toronto. As long as you can write in English, have access to the internet and a passion for writing about Korea and/or Korean culture, give Cindy a shout at cindy(at)ATKmagazine(dot)com.
