Hello world!

Welcome to my new blog.  I had fell out of using my old one for many reasons but mainly as I was running out of interesting things to say about living in Korea.  Not that living in Korea isn’t interesting but rather that after 2 years here… nothing much was new.

Since I finally have some new (and hopefully interesting) topics to write about, I decided to start a new one to make up for the year gap between entries.  So stay tuned and you will soon be reading about my returning home for Christmas after 2 years away, planning on a 2 month train ride across Asia and Europe, the trip itself, moving back to Canada and much more.

Live life to the fullest everyday - this is a the philosophy I try to live by and it's taken me on many adventures. I write about Korean culture from a non-Korean perspective as the editor/founder of ATK Magazine and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Korean Film Festival (TKFF). Previously, I ran a Korean-English language exchange group (in Toronto) for 3 years to stay connected to my three years living in Korea as an English teacher. I love music, film, food and sports and write about 3 of the 4.
